This is a pattern a closed-front corset based upon the 1860 silhouette. It is custom-made to your measurements and is a great addition for any Victorian or Steampunk look. This garment should be made from a heavy non-stretch material.
This pattern includes about 5% waist-reduction. For further waist-reduction enter a smaller number into the form.
This pattern is recommended for an advanced beginner.

Midweight to heavy woven fabric with no stretch including:
- Wool Suiting
- Linen (5oz or higher)
- Cotton Canvas or Denim
- An upcycled pair of old Jeans
Iron in interfacing & a lighter weight cotton for lining.
Most models will require 1 yard of 45" or 60" inch wide fabric.
